About Me

Hi friends!

My name is Cambria {also known as Cami} and I am a Registered Dietitian living in San Diego, CA. I have both my B.S. and M.S. in Nutrition from Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo, CA.

I believe in eating whole foods as the basis of my diet, and you’ll usually find veggies, seafood, or plant-based proteins as the star of my recipes. But, I also believe in balance, which means that sometimes you may find me eating mac & cheese, or sometimes I’ll have my wine before my veggies 😉

I also have an autoimmune disease called ulcerative colitis, which is a form of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). I try my best to balance real, daily life with the struggles that come along with this disease. Digestive health is one of my favorite nutrition topics, and it’s something that I work on every single day!
