Creamy Pomegranate Salad Dressing

Creamy, dairy-free dressing with pomegranate ginger shot atop a roasted kabocha squash salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 container Tulua pomegranate ginger shot
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon/brown mustard
  • 1/8 cup almonds (no skins) or cashews
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together well and add salt and pepper to taste.
