Strawberry Banana Maca Smoothie

Sweet and summery smoothie full of fiber, healthy fats and a vegetable snuck in!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup frozen strawberries organic
  • 1/2 cup frozen zucchini chopped
  • 1/4 cup frozen coconut chunks
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk canned
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder or collagen peptides

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients and top with shredded coconut. If it's too thick, add some almond milk or water.
